We are currently interviewing for the following positions:

Business Development Executives:

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, creating and pursuing new business opportunities by building ongoing, service-oriented relationships with clients. This individual must be a highly effective communicator and make over the phone and, at times, in-person presentations to decision makers within companies. The goal of the Business Development Executive will be to build strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure that Equity Foreign Exchange Services is meeting all the needs of the customer.

Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealers:

  • This position is aimed at providing and designing foreign exchange solutions to customers. This individual will provide professional service and foreign exchange expertise to our existing corporate clients. Main responsibilities include, monitoring market information and applying this information combined with your foreign exchange expertise to help in meeting all of our client's specific needs.

Customer Service and Operations Support:

  • This individual will be responsible for handling the administration of client transactions, daily banking, and other accounting and administrative functions.

Sales Manager:

  • We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience managing sales staff within the Financial community.
  • Setting and Meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
  • Planning and managing change;
  • Managing the daily running of the call centre;
  • Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in or membership of networks;
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance;
  • Planning and developing staff recruitment, including wording vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff;
  • Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying staff training needs and planning training sessions;
  • Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the centre, and preparing reports;
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries;
  • Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
  • Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and co-ordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
  • Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks;
  • Analyzing performance statistics and making decisions on the basis of these statistics;
  • Improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment to enable this, e.g. new dialing products.
